TW-CX Waste Line Remover

              Model TW-CX Waste Line Remover is used to clean the old thermoplastic lines. 

It works steadily, whose two lines of flume teeth can clean the waste line effectively, and dissipate heat quickly. The modified sealing technology makes the shaft more durable, the connection of every part more secured. And the machine frame adopted adjustable design, so both of the old and new remover teeth can clean the old line in best angle and quicker manner.

Specification:

*Two lines of chute grinding heads are featured by the advantages of good dust discharge ability, fast heat dissipation and quick line removal etc, especially the encrypted hard alloy inlaid tool bits effectively prolong the service life of grinding heads.

*High thermal-resistant gasket protects the remover teeth, reduces the dirt entering the shaft while remove the old lines. The original machine, equipped with the shaft imported from Germany, which prolongs the service life from one day to two to seven days.

*Water tank is added to the machine to lower the machine temperature and reduce dust, which prevents the grinding heads from being overheated, lengthens service life, avoids the dust entering the bearing  and makes the grinding heads  more durable.
